Town of Exeter, Green County, WI Pursuant to Wis. Stat. S 70.45, the assessment role for the Year 2026 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 21st day of October 2026. Additionally, the assessor shall be available at the Town of Exeter, Town Hall, W2998 Hwy 92, Belleville, WI 53508 on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 10:00AM to 12:00PM and 1:00PM to 7:00PM. Appointments must be scheduled by calling Bruce Gardiner Appraisal Service LLC at (608) 732-4481 and speaking with Michelle to make an appointment to attend Open Book.
Property owners may examine the assessment roll or discuss their property assessment with the assessor at Open Book. To appear at the Board of Review an objection form must be filed with the Clerk.
Board of Review will be Wednesday, November 4, 2026
from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Instructional material will be provided at the open book to people who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. S70.47.
